Holiday & Seasonal Décor

A beautifully dressed home for the holidays — designed, installed and styled for you.

In short

Jan Revels, ASID, designs, installs and takes down holiday décor for homes and offices in Dallas and the Park Cities — Christmas trees, garlands, mantels, staircases, entries and tablescapes, styled to the room you already have rather than a generic red-and-green overlay. Installation dates fill well before the season, so the earlier you book, the more choice of dates you have.

The Service

Your home, dressed for the season

Trees, garlands, mantels, table settings and entry moments — designed to suit your home and your traditions, installed without you touching a ladder, and taken down when the season ends. Christmas is the headliner; Easter and other seasonal styling are available too.

What the service covers

Christmas is the headliner; Easter and other seasonal styling are available too.

How it works

  1. Decide where it matters. The entry, the main living space and the dining table carry most of the effect, so that is where the effort goes first.
  2. Set the palette. Colors that work with your rooms, your art and your traditions.
  3. Book the installation date. Work backwards from the first time you have people over, not from the holiday itself.
  4. Install. The install — tree, garlands, mantels, entry — happens in mid to late November.
  5. Take down. Early January, sorted and labeled.

The full calendar, and how to size a tree to a room, is in the holiday decor planning guide.

Frequently asked questions

When should we book holiday decorating?
As early as you can. Professional installation dates fill well before the season, and custom or specialty pieces are ordered in late summer. Book by early autumn for the widest choice of dates.
When is the decor installed and taken down?
The install is in mid to late November, timed to your first gathering. Takedown is in early January.
Do you decorate offices and businesses?
Yes — lobby and reception trees and displays as well as homes. The lobby woodland tree above is a commercial installation.
Is it only Christmas?
Christmas is the headliner. Easter and other seasonal styling are available too.
How do we start?
Call 214-797-4657 or send the contact form with the rooms you want dressed and the date of your first gathering.
